Turning a centuries-old tradition into a tool for education.
When OMO, the first laundry detergent tested on real menstrual blood, wanted to launch in Saudi Arabia, the challenge wasn’t just proving efficacy - it was breaking the silence without breaking tradition. So, we embraced a 9,000-year-old ritual: Henna. In Saudi Arabia, Henna is more than art; it’s a storytelling tradition shared in sacred women-only salons. Henna artists are trusted confidantes. In collaboration with local artists, we turned intricate designs into discreet messengers of period care and stain removal tips. And - for the first time ever in Saudi history, In partnership with the Ministry of Education, we introduced period care education into Saudi schools.
